Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the relationship between Just You Beauty s. r. o., Reg. No. 57 727 864, Hrabové 340, 014 01 Bytča, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Žilina, oddiel Sro, vložka č. 91777/L, operator of the salon just you - beauty by Gabriello at Heydukova 15, 811 08 Bratislava-Staré Mesto, and the client.

The Terms apply to beauty services, the e-shop, gift vouchers and the booking system.

The service contract is concluded by booking confirmation via BooqMe or by phone. The e-shop purchase contract is concluded upon successful Stripe payment.

All prices are final. The operator is not a VAT payer under § 4 of Slovak Act No. 222/2004 Z. z. — prices therefore do not include VAT and no VAT is added. Payment via Stripe or in-person cash/card.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance. Shorter notice may incur up to 50 % cancellation fee. No-show: 100 % of the price.

Valid for 12 months. Transferable. Cannot be exchanged for cash. Returnable within 14 days of purchase if unused.

Estimated delivery 3–7 business days (Packeta). Risk of damage passes upon receipt of the shipment.

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason (§ 7 of Slovak Act 102/2014). Notice to salon@justyou.sk. Refund within 14 days via the same payment method.

The right does not apply to fully performed services with your consent or to products opened that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Statutory warranty period of 24 months. Send complaints to salon@justyou.sk with proof of purchase — handled within 30 days.

Disputes may be resolved through the Slovak Trade Inspection or the EU ODR platform.

All content on justyou.sk is protected by copyright. Copying without consent is prohibited.

For selected treatments, first visits or after repeated no-shows, we may require a non-refundable booking deposit of €30, which is credited against the treatment price.

If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before its start, or in case of a no-show, the deposit is forfeited as compensation for the reserved time and prepared materials. Cancelled in time, it is transferred to the new appointment.

Repeated no-shows entitle us to require full prepayment or to decline further bookings.

All content on justyou.sk is protected by copyright. Bulk automated retrieval (scraping, crawling beyond normal indexing), database extraction and any use of the content for training, fine-tuning or evaluating artificial-intelligence models is prohibited without prior written consent.

This reservation is also expressed machine-readably in robots.txt and llms.txt. Accessing the content with automated tools constitutes acceptance of this prohibition; we reserve the right to block IP addresses and claim damages.

Using contact details published on the website for unsolicited commercial outreach or automated prospecting is likewise prohibited.

These Terms are effective as of 3 April 2026 and are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
