We process personal data based on Art. 6(1) GDPR. Main purposes: providing beauty services and bookings (5 years), orders and payments (10 years – tax), gift vouchers (12 months + 10-year archive), accounting (10 years), marketing (until consent withdrawn), skin-condition records (until consent withdrawn), legitimate interests for complaints (4 years).

We process: identification data (name), contact data (email, phone, address), transaction data (Stripe), skin-condition data (with consent only) and website-usage data (cookies, IP – anonymized).

Data may be shared with: Stripe, Inc. (payments, USA – EU Standard Contractual Clauses), Resend, Inc. (emails), Base44 Ltd. (platform), BooqMe s.r.o. (booking) and public authorities where legally required. Art. 28 GDPR processor agreements are in place.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection (including direct marketing) and to withdraw consent at any time.

Send requests to salon@justyou.sk. We respond within 30 days. Complaints can be filed with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (dataprotection.gov.sk).

justyou.sk uses essential technical cookies. Analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures: encryption (TLS/SSL), restricted access, regular security reviews, payment processing via certified provider (PCI DSS Level 1).

If you use our beauty advisor (chat) on the website, we store the conversation content, language, page URL, technical browser data and, for signed-in users, your name and email. The purpose is answering enquiries, improving recommendations and keeping a record of business enquiries (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The text of your messages is processed through a language-model provider within the Base44 platform solely to generate the reply. Conversations are retained for a maximum of 24 months and then deleted.

Please do not enter health data or other sensitive information into the chat. Advisor replies are informational and do not replace an in-salon consultation.

To promote the salon and e-shop we use advertising and analytics tools (in particular Google Ads and Google Analytics, and possibly social-network measurement tags). These process device identifiers, truncated IP address, visit and conversion data.

Marketing and analytics cookies are set only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time in your browser settings or by emailing us. We do not carry out automated decision-making with legal effect.

Conversion data may be transferred to the USA under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

This policy is effective as of 3 April 2026 and is governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
